This Privacy Policy describes how Emre Özmen (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Sticker Cup mobile application (“App”).
Automatically Collected
- Device information: device model, OS version, language, country
- App usage analytics: gameplay events (quizzes completed, packs opened, cards collected, achievements unlocked) via Google Firebase Analytics
- Crash reports: stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, via Google Firebase Crashlytics
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android): only if you consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, used by Google AdMob to deliver rewarded ads
- Player name: optional, stored locally on your device
- In-app purchase records: processed by Apple App Store / Google Play; we do NOT see your payment details
- To operate and improve the game (balance quiz difficulty, card drop rates, etc.)
- To diagnose crashes and bugs
- To deliver rewarded advertising (only with your consent)
- To process in-app purchases

4. Children’s Privacy
Sticker Cup is rated for ages 4+. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The App does not include social features, chat, or user-generated content.
5. Your Rights
- Opt out of analytics: Settings → Notifications & Tracking → toggle off
- Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Sticker Cup
- Delete your data: Settings → Account → Reset Save (clears all local data)
- EU/UK users: Right to access, correction, deletion, and portability under GDPR. Contact us below.
6. Data Retention
- Local save data: stored on your device until you uninstall or reset
- Analytics events: retained by Firebase for up to 14 months
- Crash reports: retained by Firebase for up to 90 days
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the App Store listing.
